Apply to the Governor’s School

If you are a current tenth grade student you may create a new application to the Governor’s School. Student applications are due by February 14.

Families of 8th and 9th grade students, please visit our Information for Prospective Students page and sign up for the Prospective Student Pipeline (PSP) Newsletter.

Before getting started, make sure you have the following information:

• your student ID number
• your email address
• email address of your current high school counselor
• email addresses of your current math and science teachers

Important updates and notifications will be sent via email using data you provide in your application. Please make sure that the email addresses you provide are valid and working before submitting your application.

Remember: it is your responsibility to follow up with your counselor and teachers to confirm they have received notifications from our system concerning your application. Please allow at least 24 hours after you apply for the system to email recommendation links to your teachers.

Students: Manage Recommendation Requests

If one of your teachers never received an email containing a link to the teacher recommendation form or you entered an email address incorrectly on your application, below is a direct link to the recommendation form.
