Ciwaka Johnson is the Human Resources Specialist at New Horizons. Before holding her current position, Ciwaka was the Educational Secretary for the Center for Autism.

In her role as Human Resources Specialist, Ciwaka provides customer service to employees and job seekers related to policies, procedures, and recruitment. Her specialist duties include licensure and on-boarding new staff members, coordinating worker’s compensation, from event to re-employment, preparing employment contracts for all employees and she is responsible for all files and employee records.
