Jaylen took the dental assisting I&II course and started his internship with Dr. Clark Family Dentistry in Nov 2019. He became part of the staff after obtaining his x-ray certification and has been working with Dr. Clark ever since. Jaylen also attends Thomas Nelson Community College and is studying hygiene with hopes to be hired as Dr. Clark’s hygienist upon graduation. Jaylen is the head assistant at his office and is responsible for hiring staff. Additionally, Jaylen served as a mentor to a current second year student during this past summer. He also is on the dental advisory board and often comes to New Horizons to speak to both first and second level students.
